i call attention to this piece because its well written, and includes a graphic with all the information you need right there. 1st impression, 50 MS.defintely great advice. Use a graphic. The writer is using that graphic, which gets your attention.

Also since i saw this great advice i started following this blog as i am a migraine sufferer as well. i dont blog about it except after i had a bad one, they used to be 3-4 days long etc, wait i dont want to steal the spotlight here, so go ahead and follow brainless!
