If your future self could send you one sentence, what do you hope it would say?
quit smoking, eat healthy, do all those things they tell you to do. Dont be such a rebel.
Living with COPD, Emphysema, Asthma, broken rib, herniated lung, in addition to PsA/Pso, Arthritis, Migraines, Fibromyalgia, herniated discs, i cant remember all that is wrong here. Anything i may have done differently when i was younger may have made it easier today.
